1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item was damaged, expired, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item is missing from your order.
  • Perishable goods were delivered in unacceptable condition.

Please note:

  • Items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging (if applicable).
  • For hygiene and safety, fresh produce, dairy, frozen items, and meat cannot be returned unless damaged or spoiled at delivery.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team via:

3. Refund Options

Once your return is approved, you can choose from:

  • Replacement: We’ll deliver the correct or fresh item at no extra cost.
  • Store Credit: Credited to your GrocerPK wallet for future purchases.
  • Refund: Processed back to your original payment method (takes 3–7 business days).

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Change of mind or taste preference
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Opened or used products (unless defective at delivery)

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately through any support channel.
