We currently offer delivery services in the following cities:

  • Rawalpindi

For areas outside these locations, please contact our support team to confirm availability.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

We offer same-day or next-day delivery depending on the order time and location.

Before 2 PM Same Day ONLY (FSD)
After 2 PM Next Day ONLY (FSD)

Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be delivered on the next working day.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are packed with care to ensure freshness and hygiene.
  • Perishable items are kept under controlled temperatures until delivered.
  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is out for delivery.

🚫 Delivery Limitations

  • Delivery is subject to availability of stock.
  • During extreme weather or political unrest, delays may occur.
  • In case of delivery failures due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.

🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 30 minutes of placement.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.
